Plying yarn = plying myself with alcohol

I have spun 400 yards in singles this past week. Today I decided to ply it. All the winding, plying, then winding it on to the the swift took hours. It was exhausting, I stopped half way through for dinner and then I had to have a beer while I did the rest. I am never plying so much in one go ever again.

It’s been washed and rinsed, and is drying, I have no idea what weight the actual yarn is until I check once it’s dry. It seemed balanced, there was no twist in the skein before I wet it, but not sure if that means I could/should have put more twist in.
